LG has "grown" wings

In an effort to remain relevant in the ever increasingly competitive business environment, companies are pushing the creativity needle to the limit and tech companies are not an exception. This is evident in the design of the recent smartphone released by South Korea's multinational electronic company LG called "LG Wing." The name - wing - is as a result of the phone looking like it has wings once it is fully extended.

Incase you are wondering why someone would want a phone with two screens, well, I would think that the  reason behind the design would be to counter the "split screen" feature that most smartphones now have - a feature which allows the user to have two applications open simultaneously. At this point it remains to be seen what out of this world designs other smartphone companies will come up with to counter this one or maybe the next phone in the "wing" series could actually take flight. Fingers crossed..
